Roles and Responsibilities

Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring People.
Understanding JD Requirements & Planning for Sourcing through portals,

alternate Channels, social media & other Modes of Recruitment.

Meet all recruitment timelines as assigned within the process.
Plan, develop and drive sourcing/ recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Functional Manager.
Deliver on process within the defined TAT consistently.
Bridge between RO to HO .
Handing an end to end hiring process .
Coordination in higher Level .
Salary Negotiation .
Create and maintain assignment track sheets
Headhunting & Good communication skills.
