Your proven ability to recruit for engineering and manufacturing roles, coupled with a Master's degree, strong initiative, and independence, will be valuable assets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital sourcing platforms, adaptability during organizational changes, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams are essential qualities.
