Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and selection criteria
• Sourcing qualified candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Creating compelling job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each role
• Assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• Organizing and attending recruitment events like job fairs to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
• Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and industry contacts
• Forecasting hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to meet the company&aposs growth objectives
• Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process, including interview notes and hiring decisions

Skill required:

• Talent Acquisition Specialist should have 6-8 yeas of sourcing experience in

  Wholesale Banking Group

  especially someone who has handled

  Debt Capital Markets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• A bachelor&aposs degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
