As we continue to grow, we are looking for a result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter who can support our hiring needs with energy, insight, and commitment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in customer service, blue-collar staffing, or hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for various operational and service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
• Drive walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and field recruitment when required.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future requirements.

Preferred Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, blue-collar, or hospitality recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media hiring, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
