Talent Acquisition Manager (IC Role)

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for tech roles including Software Developers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Architects, and other niche IT positions.
• Partner closely with

  engineering leaders and hiring managers

  to understand talent requirements and define hiring roadmaps.
• Build and maintain a

  strong pipeline of top-tier candidates

  using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Conduct

  initial screening and technical fit assessments

  in collaboration with tech panels.
• Manage the interview process, scheduling, feedback loops, and offer roll-outs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Stay updated on

  tech hiring trends and market intelligence

  to guide hiring strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional

  candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment journey.
• Own and manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to keep records up to date and processes streamlined.
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , preferably in a product/tech/startup environment.
• Strong understanding of

  tech stacks, roles, and skill sets

  across software development and engineering functions.
• Proven ability to independently close

  mid to senior-level technical roles

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  sourcing tools, ATS systems

  , and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelors degree required; specialization in HR or related field preferred.
