Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent that supports Babaclicks growth in markets like the UK, Mexico, and India.
• Source candidates through creative channels, including LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews to assess candidates for cultural fit and alignment with our commitment to excellence.
• Build and promote Babaclicks employer brand to position us as a top destination for consumer goods innovators.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all hiring activities across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent using relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Experience building employer brands and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compliance, particularly in India.
• Passion for excellence and attention to detail.
• Experience with Amazon marketplace talent or e-commerce operations is a bonus.
