Job Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment efforts and build a world-class team to fuel Babaclicks global expansion. This role will partner with leadership to craft strategic hiring plans and source exceptional talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative recruiter with a passion for excellence and a knack for identifying brilliant thinkers who align with our customer-first, agile culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent that supports Babaclicks growth in markets like the UK, Mexico, and India. Source candidates through creative channels, including LinkedIn and Naukri. Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews to assess candidates for cultural fit and alignment with our commitment to excellence. Build and promote Babaclicks employer brand to position us as a top destination for consumer goods innovators. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and provide data-driven insights to leadership. Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all hiring activities across global markets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or fast-paced startup environments. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent using relevant platforms. Strong understanding of behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques. Experience building employer brands and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Familiarity with global hiring practices and compliance, particularly in India. Passion for excellence and attention to detail. Experience with Amazon marketplace talent or e-commerce operations is a bonus. Why Join Babaclick?
