Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Sourcing high-potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and creative outreach. Screen profiles and conduct initial conversations to assess fit. Coordinating interviews and acting as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers. Managing applicant data and updating trackers. Supporting employer branding campaigns — yes, your ideas are welcome here! Assisting with onboarding and ensuring a great candidate experience.
