Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Establishing connections with placement coordinators in colleges to generate leads for recruitment.
Sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Conducting initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Maintaining a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.
Scheduling interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.
