Job Description

As a Recruitment Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of campus recruitment events. This includes career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and networking events. Your responsibilities will involve Candidate Sourcing & Engagement, where you will assist in identifying potential candidates from target universities, build relationships with student organizations, and engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for Campus Calendar Management, helping to oversee various campus hiring programs such as internship recruitment and diversity-focused initiatives. Your role will entail tracking program progress, ensuring timelines are met, and providing support in Data Tracking & Reporting. Monitoring recruitment metrics, such as candidate applications, interview conversion rates, and event participation, will be essential for providing regular updates and insights to the recruitment team to optimize hiring strategies. Collaboration with Campus Partners is another critical aspect of your role, where you will work closely with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty to strengthen partnerships and enhance the company's presence across campus. Ensuring a positive Candidate Experience Support is also part of your responsibilities, where you will guide prospective candidates through the recruitment process and post-event follow-up to provide a seamless experience. Additionally, you will contribute to Onboarding Assistance, supporting the onboarding process for new hires by organizing campus onboarding sessions and preparing relevant documentation. To excel in this role, you should currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Being detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and student development are qualities that will make you successful in this position. Preferred skills include prior experience in recruitment, HR, event planning, or campus relations, knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment, familiarity with data analysis tools, active involvement in student organizations, and previous experience in planning campus events or career fairs. The ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously will be crucial for your success in this role.,
