Position: HR Intern
Mode: Work from Home
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Duration: 3 Months (Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support HR operations, onboarding, and documentation activities
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication
• Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the HR field
