Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT Recruitment)

Role Overview: You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition department of ASAPP Info Global Group, a leading B2B media, events, and business intelligence company operating in the Construction, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing sectors. Your main responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across India, including Sales, Editorial, Research, Events, and Support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Hire for non-IT roles and conduct telephonic screening and first-round interviews. - Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and coordinate with hiring managers to efficiently close positions. - Maintain a hiring TAT with a target of 5-6 closures per month. - Contribute to basic HR operations as required. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT and consultancy background. - Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
