Talent Acquisition Executive

You will be joining Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited as a Talent Acquisition Executive. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for Volume Hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes. Your key duties will include employer branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offer raising, and onboarding candidates. Your role will be crucial in the talent acquisition processes at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The company offers various Health Insurance Plans, including critical illness plans, personal accident insurance, corona kavach, individual health insurance plans, and family health insurance plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a comprehensive range of plans for individuals and families. Niva Bupa Health Insurance ensures direct claim settlements, cashless facilities at 7600+ network hospitals, complimentary health check-ups, and additional sum insured for health needs. To excel in this role, you should possess employer branding skills, volume hiring skills, and preferably have experience in BFSI hiring. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills are essential, along with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous. Candidates with Hardcore TA Experience in Insurance to handle Retail sales will be preferred for this position. Immediate joiners are also preferred.,
