Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through headhunting techniques to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates, assess their suitability for open positions, and schedule interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to identify suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of cold calling techniques and ability to generate leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (both internal & external).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
