Talent Acquisition Executive (Male)

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for handling full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates. Your role will also involve coordinating walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus drives across different locations. Additionally, you will be required to visit training institutes, colleges, and local job centers to attract suitable candidates. Maintaining the candidate database, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants, and coordinating with internal departments and management regarding manpower needs will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, preparing recruitment reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting HR operations as necessary will be expected from you.
