  • Strategic Workforce Planning

    Work with leadership to understand future hiring needs and develop strategies to meet them.   
  • Sourcing & Attraction

    Implement creative recruiting tactics and post job ads on various platforms to attract top talent, including utilizing professional networks and social media.   
  • Candidate Evaluation

    :
     
    Screen resumes, conduct interviews (including panel interviews), and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit with the organization.   
  • Interview Process Management

    :
     
    Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, from scheduling to gathering feedback from interviewers.   
  • Candidate Communication

    :
     
    Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.   
  • Employer Branding

    :
     
    Promote the company's brand and develop initiatives to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.   
  • Administrative Tasks

    :
     
    Handle tasks such as drafting interview questions, attending job fairs, and managing recruitment events.   
  • Data & Metrics

    :
     
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill and quality of hire to improve talent acquisition processes.
