Talent Acquisition Executive

*Talent Acquisition Manager* with *2+ years* of work experience required in a listed manufacturing organisation located at *Turbhe / Juinagar* , Mumbai

JD:

- *Manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition* : manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding

- *Use job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring* to build a strong talent pipeline

- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for accurate candidate data and reporting

- *Coordinate with department heads to align hiring plans* with business needs

- Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and smooth onboarding

- Keep recruitment MIS and reports updated for management review

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- *Support HR operations* , basic payroll checks, and compliance as needed

*Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
