Job Description

You will be joining Godrej Industries Group as an Executive Talent Acquisition in Mumbai HO. As a Talent Acquisition Executive for Agrochemicals/Agribusiness, your main responsibilities will include: - Experience in end to end recruitment. - Dealing with stakeholder management (Need strong experience). - Arranging interviews. - Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc. - Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. - Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have: - Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in end to end recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and strong communication and collaboration skills. - Agribusiness/Agrochemicals hiring experience is mandatory.
