As a member of the InCommon team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent acquisition process for global companies. Your primary responsibility will be to take charge of the end-to-end hiring process, focusing not only on sourcing candidates but also on optimizing and streamlining our recruitment strategies for improved efficiency as we continue to expand. Working closely with Roshan, our co-founder, you will contribute to building a robust talent engine from the ground up.
