What Youll Do

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
• Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management.
• Prepare job postings and ensure they are live across platforms.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Track hiring progress and prepare reports for internal review.
• Assist with onboarding activities and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
