Job Description

What is a day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator?

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
Review incoming job applications and flag top candidates
Support Senior Talent Acquisition Partners in tracking candidate progress and maintaining organized records in the ATS (Lever)
Assist with sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, crafting outreach messages and organizing leads
Prepare candidate materials and briefing documents ahead of interviews
Support the hiring process by accurately transcribing and documenting reference calls for candidates in the final stages of interviews

Work Timings: 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Cabs will be provided for pick and drop

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of previous recruiting experience.
Bachelors degree from an accredited university required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal English skills to work effectively with U.S.-based recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
