Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for construction management positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company's recruitment policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Construction Management).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in headhunting/recruitment for senior-level positions in Construction projects.
