Key Responsibilities

• Make

  100+ candidate calls daily

  for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for bulk and entry-level roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, databases, and daily call reports.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Ensure a seamless

  candidate experience

  through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months 1 years in

  bulk hiring / BPO / telecalling / field recruitment

  .

• Language Proficiency:

  Must be fluent in

  Gujarati and English

  (spoken and written).

• Work Setup:

  Must have a

  laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle large volumes of calls and multitask effectively.
