Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Sourcing and building a pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Support in managing the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Learn and work on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or prior internships in HR/Talent Acquisition.
Familiarity with Excel and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
