Key Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition:

• Technical role hiring, from sourcing to offer closure
• Source candidates using job portals and professional networks
• Shortlist candidates, conduct telephonic screening and automated assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate database in Automated Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct mass recruitment drives
• Present recruitment analytics to higher management on various parameters like time to hire and relevant hire

• HR Generalist Assistant:

• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees

• Develop technical orientation training
• Build ISO 9001 QMS HR records

• Branding

  :
• Craft engaging content, draft creative technical blogs
