Location: Bhopal-IT park

Experience: 1–2 years BPO

Job Description:We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Bulk Hiring with strong experience in BPO recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO/contact center roles (voice, non-voice, and back office).

Plan and execute volume hiring strategies to meet business demands.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Coordinate with operations and clients to understand workforce requirements.

Handle walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, and vendor management.Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, joining ratio, and attrition.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Maintain recruitment reports and MIS on a daily/weekly basis.

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in bulk hiring for BPO.Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, vendors).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in team handling is mandatory.

Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/postgraduate in HR or a related field.

Experience handling ramp-up hiring for large projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
