Tainee Technologist - QA

West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Trainee Technologist to join our QA team at our shrimp processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform real-time, on-line quality checks during various stages of shrimp processing.
• Conduct sample collection, preparation, and analysis for microbiological, chemical, and antibiotic parameters.
• Accurately record and report all on-line quality analysis data to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain daily QA records and reports within internal systems.
• Assist in maintaining documentation required for internal audits, external certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Support the QA team in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Qualifications:

• M.F.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Zoology, or other Life Science disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards, microbiological testing, and laboratory protocols is preferred.
