Tagetik Developer

• The PERSEUS platform (Tagetik) is the application to consolidate the figures of the BNP Paribas Group.
• It is used to collect and process data necessary for the calculation of internal liquidity management indicators at Group level.
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tagetik Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the Tagetik application, ensuring its smooth functioning and alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management, development, and operations, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy new features and changes to the Tagetik application, ensuring alignment with business requirements and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Perform impact analysis, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the application in production.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the application, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and plan development tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, adhering to best practices for application development and operation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application development, maintenance, and operation, preferably with Tagetik or similar applications (MDX, SQL, ETL)
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of Banking and Finance

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT security policies and procedures.
• Certification in Agile development methodologies or related fields.
