Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in network engineering, with a solid understanding of switching, routing, and firewall concepts. You should have practical experience working with Load Balancer/Application Delivery Controller products and be adept at integrating, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting these systems. Your troubleshooting skills should extend to TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and DNS protocols. You should be able to effectively handle issues related to platform and application management for Load Balancer or ADC products. While not required, having certifications in Load Balancer or ADC technologies such as F5-CA, Citrix Associate/Professional networking, CNS-ADC, or similar would be considered a valuable asset. In addition to the core technical skills, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, BGP, Static), switching technologies (STP, RSTP, VTP, VLAN, Aggregation Protocols), security measures (ACL, NAT, VPN IPsec Tunnel, SSL VPN Tunnel), network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS, SSL & TLS), and troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Putty, and TCPDUMP. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as SFDC, IPCM, BMC Remedy, or ServiceNow would also be advantageous. Qualifications for this role include 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Network Security products and a degree in BSc, BCA, B. Tech., M. Tech., or MCA from a reputable university. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring in-person attendance at the specified work location.,
