Tableau + Python Developer

• We are hiring an experienced Tableau + Python Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in building dynamic dashboards, automating data workflows, and processing large datasets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tableau, Python, SQL, and ETL processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable insights. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and improve business performance.

EDUCATION PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and visual reports.
• Build robust Python scripts for ETL, automation, and data processing (Pandas, NumPy).
• Work extensively with SQL queries, APIs, and large datasets for data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and dashboard performance across all deliverables.
• Maintain and improve existing data workflows, scripts, and visualizations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in Tableau development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, especially libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid experience in SQL for data extraction, joins, optimization, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and version control.
• Exposure to data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
