Tableau Developer

As a Tableau Developer, your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable visual analytics solutions and integrating Tableau with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects. Ensuring data accuracy, performance tuning, and dashboard scalability will be crucial aspects of your work. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights while maintaining and supporting Tableau Server/Online environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. - Translate business requirements into scalable visual analytics solutions. - Integrate Tableau with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects). - Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and dashboard scalability. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Maintain and support Tableau Server/Online environments. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online. - Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling. - Proven experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce data. - Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, schema, and reporting. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. In addition to the required qualifications, preferred or bonus skills for this role include: - Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms. - Exposure to Python, dbt, or other scripting/ETL tools.
