As an Assistant Manager - Relationship Manager in Talent Attraction and Acquisition at EY, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India). Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes by implementing unique strategies to identify the right talent for the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Forecasting business requirements and planning effective sourcing strategies for just-in-time hiring. - Driving data-driven decisions and implementing informed recruitment solutions. - Building strong relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and potential candidates. - Proposing and executing programs in areas such as Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Tools and Automation. - Ensuring timely closure of positions within budgeted costs and tracking hiring metrics. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Ability to manage stakeholders, including senior leaders, and build strong relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and interpretation abilities. - Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. - Business acumen, commercial awareness, and the capability to develop clear, actionable plans to support business unit strategies. - Client-focused mindset with the capacity to build relationships across the organization. - Exposure to professional services hiring and experience in large volume hiring. - Proficiency in working with ambiguity and building consensus across diverse groups. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - 8+ years of proven recruitment experience, managing large-scale and complex hiring. - Experience in working with various HR applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and maintain dashboards for stakeholder management.,
