About the role

Reporting to the Head of TA Region, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitts promise of a healthier, happier world.
Your responsibilities
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics.
- Ensure smooth Recruitment experience by coordinating on various recruitment activities.
The experience were looking for
- Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes. Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks. - Confident in communication and building relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
- Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.
- Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
- Committed to fostering a candidate experience that reflects Reckitts collaborative and caring culture.
