TA Coordinator

Schedule interviews and manage related communications with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters

Process invoices and provide payment updates to vendors as needed

Responsible for Agency dashboard and contracts

Initiate background checks, manage relationship with vendor, raise discrepancies with talent team and follow up as directed

Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc talent acquisition reports

Responsible for external University Relations event planning and logistics

Manage vendors, monitor and track activity / ROI for various job boards and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Audit candidate information within applicant tracking system as needed

Manage, respond and escalate as needed Talent Acquisition inbox emails, queries, etc.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Display good judgment with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with tact

Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to enhance TA deliverables

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

Bachelor's degree in related field

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to provide insights based on data sets that helps determine trends and highlights areas of attention

Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

Attention to details, anticipating needs and collaborative approach
