About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of calling associates who will reach out to potential candidates, engage them, and encourage applications for specific positions. The role requires strong leadership, persuasive communication, and the ability to handle candidate resistance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of calling associates to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Design calling strategies to reach out to potential candidates and promote specific job openings.
Support associates in handling candidate objections and resistance professionally.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality of conversations, adherence to scripts/processes, and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and align calling efforts.
Maintain reports on team productivity, conversion ratios, and candidate pipelines.

Skills & Competencies Required

4-6 years of experience in telesales, recruitment calling, or BPO/KPO outbound calling.
At least 2 years in a team leadership/supervisory role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and resilience in handling objections.
Ability to motivate and manage a performance-driven calling team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Calling tools.
