We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tier 3 (T3) Support Engineer to join our technical support team. This role is crucial in providing deep-level troubleshooting and support for our production systems and business-critical applications. You will serve as an escalation point for complex issues, requiring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Linux systems, SQL databases, and containerized environments using Kubernetes.
Provide advanced technical support for production and application issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to system performance, reliability, and functionality.
Perform log analysis, system checks, and root cause investigations across distributed applications and services.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve bugs and systemic issues in a timely manner.
Manage incidents and communicate status updates to stakeholders in high-impact situations.
Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and documentation for internal knowledge sharing.
Write and execute SQL queries to support data investigations and application diagnostics.
Monitor and maintain Linux-based servers, ensuring system health and availability.
Manage containerized applications deployed via Kubernetes, including troubleshooting pods, services, and configurations.
Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to reduce repetitive incidents.
