Role & Responsibilities

T-Shirt Designer & Social Media Reel Editor

• Design unique, trendy, and brand-aligned

  t-shirt graphics

  (print-ready).
• Create

  short-form video content

  (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.) that highlights our apparel, lifestyle, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan

  seasonal drops

  , campaigns, and social media strategies.
• Prepare

  print files

  for DTF, screen printing, and other production methods.
• Edit and enhance videos using music, transitions, text, and effects to match our brand tone.
• Stay up-to-date with

  fashion, design, and social media trends

  relevant to Gen-Z & millennial audiences.
• Adapt designs and visuals for multiple formats – social media, ads, website, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  t-shirt design

  and/or

  video editing

  for social media.
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  , or similar tools.
• Understanding of

  streetwear fashion trends

  and youth culture.
• Ability to create

  scroll-stopping visuals and engaging videos

  .
• Knowledge of

  print design requirements

  (color profiles, DPI, bleed, etc.).
• Creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• A

  portfolio or showreel

  showcasing both t-shirt designs and video editing work (mandatory).

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics and animation for reels or ads.
• Photography or product shoot editing.
• Branding, packaging, or campaign design experience.
