Systems Support Engineer

As an Environment Manager at UST, your role involves managing and supporting IT environments across projects to ensure stability, security, and suitability. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining systems, and overseeing both production and non-production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve IT environment issues in production and test systems. - Support testing and release activities by maintaining environment availability. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues. - Perform environment housekeeping, including user and service account maintenance. - Manage patching (Wintel, Solaris) and support DR activities. - Conduct capacity planning, vulnerability management, and tech refreshes. - Maintain environment documentation and trackers. - Generate monthly service and compliance reports. - Conduct control testing and ensure process compliance. - Manage CyberArk accounts and password policies. - Monitor batch jobs and maintain system stability. Qualifications Required: - Experience in IT environment management or infrastructure support. - Knowledge of patching, capacity planning, and vulnerability management. - Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and CyberArk. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams. - Customer-focused with good incident management skills.
