Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in Unix, SQL, Windows Server, Splunk, and Dynatrace. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and supporting system applications to ensure performance, stability, and reliability in production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain Unix and Windows Server environments. - Develop and optimize SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting. - Use Splunk for log monitoring, ing, and issue resolution. - Monitor application performance through Dynatrace and resolve performance issues. - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues. - Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. - Maintain system documentation and update configurations as needed. - Support automation and process improvement initiatives. - Ensure high system uptime and follow best practices for reliability.
