  • Maintain deployment environments (TestNet and Production)
  • Deploy applications (ex.Legacy applications and new ICOMS/DGS/SignalR, etc)
  • Deploy Hot fixes
  • Support Failover/Failback requests
  • General Support - (Weekday/Weekend support)
  • Field issues
  • EOD Timecard issues
  • Rebuilding dispatches
  • Monitor Servers
  • Understanding our team application deployment strategy
  • Know what applications need to be deployed and in what order.
  • Run Team Skill Set
  • ADO(S)
  • OpenShift
  • Databases(SQL Server & SQL)
  • Basic fundamental OS skills
  • Windows
  • Linux
  • ArgoCD
  • TFS
  • Azure/GKE
  • IIS configuration and troubleshooting
