We develop high-end"systems"for the worlds most advanced chip manufacturing, utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative multidisciplinary solutions. What Youll Do Lead the design and development of complex systems and sub-systems integrating SEM-optics, high-voltage system, lasers, motion control, signal/image processing, algorithms, and software. Define and validate system & modules technical requirements. Drive architecture decisions and lead technical investigations for next-generation solutions. What You Bring Masters/ PhD in Electrical Engg, Mechatronics, or Engineering Physics 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary systems R&D. Experience in SEM / Physics / SW / Algorithm / Motion domains- a plus. Strong background in electro-optics, control systems, and signal/image processing (Python/Matlab). Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive results. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Open to travelInitial onboarding will include short-term training of few months period at our R&D center in Israel. Post training, occasional international travel is expected, averaging up to 20% annually, based on project needs.
