Systems Engineer (L2)

Job Scope:

Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. The position works closely with internal teams and responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ansible or shell scripting, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
• Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• 24*7 support, should be flexible for shifts

Qualification and Experience:

• 5-8 years of Experience
• B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA
• Candidate must be associated with computers & technical background

Knowledge and Skills:

• Linux OS.
• SQL Queries.
• Monitoring tool like nagios.
• Apache/Nginx web servers.
• Basic Network.
• Message borker like RabbitMQ, Solace
• Ansible & Shell Scripting.
• SVN, Jenkins, Nagios, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus
• APIs (Rest, SOAP)
• Application security patching
• Application High availability, performance and scaling
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
