Position Overview:

System Specialist – Industrial IoT

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IoT systems and architectures tailored for industrial environments, including sensors, networks, and platforms.
• Implement and manage data collection, integration, and processing workflows for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions with existing industrial systems.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and user guides.
• Research and adopt emerging IoT technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IoT systems in live environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IoT system design and deployment, preferably in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, etc.), platforms, and connectivity technologies (e.g., LPWAN, 5G).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, etc.) and edge computing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for IoT development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work on complex systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for IoT systems.
