Job Summary:

Production Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production systems, respond to incidents, and reduce downtime
  • Automate monitoring, alerting, and deployments
  • Support CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Collaborate with global teams and perform on-call duties

Must-Have Skills:

  • Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL
  • Monitoring Tools (Splunk/Dynatrace), Application Troubleshooting
  • Jenkins, Git, Groovy/YAML, ITIL/ITSM
  • AWS

Nice to Have:

  • Ansible / Chef, Event Framework Knowledge
