Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible System Operator to support our Accounts Department. The role involves handling day-to-day data entry, billing, vouchers, and maintaining accurate records in our accounting software/system.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and verify accounting data in the system (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, etc.).
Generate bills, invoices, and vouchers accurately.
Maintain daily reports and assist in month-end account closing.
Coordinate with the Accounts Officer/Manager for reconciliation tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and proper filing of all documents.
Support the internal audit and MIS reporting activities.
Manage backup and secure storage of accounting data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree
Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting Software will be a added advantage.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in a dealership or similar industry will be an advantage.
