POSITION: SYSTEMS LEAD

The position created is strategically driven. It will be leading to implement and sustain Systems, Process across the organization. This position will not only work on implementing the above standards, but also will be responsible to drive end to end process across all stake holders.

Role & responsibilities

1. System Implementation & Coordination

• Lead implementation of Systems and Process across all departments.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities across the plant
• Develop and maintain systems implementation master plans, calendars, and schedules.
• Support in driving the technical and analytical capability building for the plant to achieve operational excellence

2. Training & Awareness

• Organize Systems & standards training modules
• Organize and conduct training programs for employees on concepts and tools.
• Build System/ Process awareness and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track internal audit results and implementation effectiveness.
• Maintain systems & process adherence dashboards, generate regular progress reports, and present to management.
• Deliver Systems Implementation projects through structured gap analysis and improve plant performance metrics
• Design and implement change management events in line with CI roadmap

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with all departments to implement and practices systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for improvement projects
• Support Plant Steering Committee in execution of Plant Operational Excellence strategy

5. Audits & Assessments

• Plan and conduct internal audits at regular intervals and support external audits.
• Identify gaps and support action plans to close them.
• Create an assessment structure to measure the effectiveness of systems and process across each function.
• Facilitate weekly Systems Reviews with SCM

6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Identify and Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) on system and process failure.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinate and follow up for action plans and ensure systems and processes are practised across organisation
• Monitor daily system wise actionable/observation studies/trials and the process participation of the stakeholders through various systemic methods
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping, Bottleneck Conduct Process studies for Improvements
• Create Dashboard for Review by Top management
