What You’ll Do

  • Design and tune

    gameplay systems

    for hypercasual, casual, and mid-core games.
  • Balance

    attributes and mechanics

  • Car attributes

    (speed, handling, boost, durability).
  • Character attributes

    (strength, agility, stamina, abilities).
  • Obstacle attributes

    (spawn rates, patterns, damage).
  • Health systems

    (damage, regeneration, survivability).

  • Build and maintain

    Google Sheets

    to calculate, test, and simulate difficulty progression, balancing, and scaling.
  • Use

    formulas, conditional logic, and data models

    to ensure gameplay systems are fair, scalable, and adaptable.
  • Work closely with the design team to create

    clear documentation

    of mechanics, difficulty curves, and balancing strategies.
  • Participate in

    playtests

    , analyze results, and adjust tuning using data-driven insights.
