System Engineer - Cyber Security

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer with around 5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, suggest the right cybersecurity solutions, conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), and implement products. This role focuses on solution design and deployment, not day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.
  
• Work with the sales/pre-sales team to design solutions and prepare proposals.
  
• Conduct POCs to demonstrate product features and integration with customer environments.
  
• Implement and deploy solutions such as endpoint protection, Email Security, SIEM, IAM, and cloud security tools.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and handover notes.
  
• Provide training and basic enablement to customer IT/security teams.
  
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity tools administration or implementation.

• Minimum 5 year of experience in IT Systems administration or implementations.
  
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  
• Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.)
  
• Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR solutions of TrendMicro, Mcafee preferred)
  
• SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Wazuh, etc.)
  
• Identity & Access Management (IAM/MFA solutions)
  
• Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP security tools)
  
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and security fundamentals.
  
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

• Candidate should be open for travelling to Gulf Countries on based of project requirements.
