Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity tools administration or implementation. Minimum 5 year of experience in IT Systems administration or implementations. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.) Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR solutions of TrendMicro, Mcafee preferred) SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Wazuh, etc.) Identity & Access Management (IAM/MFA solutions) Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP security tools) Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and security fundamentals. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Provide L2 support for IT infrastructure including Nutanix clusters, Citrix environments, Windows servers, and Active Directory . Perform system monitoring, incident resolution, and escalation to L3/vendor when required. Handle user requests, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for infrastructure-related issues. Manage server administration (user accounts, permissions, GPOs, patching, performance tuning). Assist in the implementation of new systems and upgrades under project team guidance. Perform routine maintenance such as backups, patching, and system health checks. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, and configurations. Ensure systems comply with security and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and administration. Strong hands-on experience in: Nutanix HCI (AHV, Prism) operations and troubleshooting. Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops administration and support.
