System Engineer

Purpose/Objective

The System Engineer is responsible for defining, designing, and integrating all subsystems within the counter-drone solution. The role ensures that radar, sensors, jammers, software, and command-and-control components work together seamlessly. It focuses on system architecture, requirements management, performance validation, and overall reliability of the integrated solution.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Define and design the overall counter-drone system. Integrate radar, sensors, jammers, cameras, and C2 software. Ensure all subsystems work together smoothly. Manage requirements, interfaces, and system architecture. Validate system performance and reliability in lab and field. Capture and manage system requirements. Create system architecture and interface definitions. Coordinate across hardware, RF, software, and test teams. Develop integration and verification test plans. Perform system-level testing in lab and field trials. Analyze performance, latency, and reliability metrics. Drive sensor fusion and track management approaches. Ensure cybersecurity and safety requirements are met. Identify risks and mitigation actions early. Prepare system documents, ICDs, and test reports. Support customer demos and acceptance tests. Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide fixes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and spectrum rules. Optimize system for real-time operation and scalability Prepare technical documentation and test reports. Support field deployment and customer demonstrations.
