System Automation Analyst

EY is hiring for System, Automation & Analyst for one of its clients.

Contract Position

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Mode- Hybrid mode(3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)

Immediate to 30 days notice period candidates only

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Extensive experience in conducting the IT Program/Project Management function in large and matrixed organizations with multi-layered governance structures, complex IT landscapes, and diverse client bases.
• Technical expertise with a strong business acumen, having in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of IT, and a strong track record of designing and delivering IT-enabled business systems for large-scale and matrix financial institutions, within schedule and budget.
• Be comfortable in brokering complex discussions across technology and business clients and stakeholders and driving towards mutually beneficial decisions for all parties.
• Proven experience in implementing the change management function in relation to system implementations, in close collaboration with project teams and clients.
• Strong process-driven and innovation outlook, along with excellent grasp of related industry best practices.
• Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative solutions and challenge the status quo.
• Strong understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities with the ability to converge business processes and ERP technical aspects.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to interact tactfully and professionally with clients and staff across levels.
• Ability to deliver quality results under pressure, and with limited direct supervision
• Experience in providing low code/no code solutions by leveraging technology.
• Experience in Programming (Coding), SQL/Relational Databases, and Application Development.
• Skilled in performing feasibility studies, proof of concepts, and solutions for various platforms Fully conversant with Cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent proficiency in Office 365 products, particularly with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Excellent skills in website design (SharePoint), HTML coding, and Python Program language.
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and appraisal skills; and the ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to end users, content managers, site owners, and support staff as needed on items related to set-up, design, content management, permissions, site ownership, document management, Power Automate Flows Power Apps, etc.
• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions, based on industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate well with all organizational levels, and technical as well as non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and management; and facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
• Ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations.
• Excellent problem solving and the ability to work with different points-of-view and lead the team to convergence, while always keeping the project/initiative objectives in sight.
• Excellent personal organization skills and ability to lead matters to closure.
• High-level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
